Hi everyone. I had a bit a busy day. I just felt like I was running from one thing to the next. Yesterday, I posted my Suite 101 article.
11 Rules for Eating Mindfully.
This seems to be a hot new trend in eating these days (though I have read several books on this years ago). I have been doing mindful eating for about a week now and lost 5 pounds. I was very surprised.
I am going on a trip soon and I plan on trying this on vacation.
Luckily for all of you, I will have an internet connection so I should not miss many blog posts! I can bring you all to sunny Jamaica with me. Do not worry, I won't work too hard. I love blogging.

Oooh a trip to Jamaica. How exciting.. I've never been but I'm sure it's really pretty.

I don't know about "official" mindful eating, but I love eating. It's one of my favorite pleasures. So I rarely rush and tend to fully enjoy every bite.
Unless its steamed broccoli or something.
I'm going to go check out your article. Sounds like something I'd love.
