Three Day Food Photo Challenge Day 3

If you are just getting here, this is day three of the Three day Photo Challenge on Living to Feel Good. If you are interested, scroll down to see my previous days.

Picture one is toaster waffles with a maple-vanilla yogurt sauce with bananas and strawberries. This is easy and very yummy. I cut the maple syrup with yogurt to make it less sugary and less calories. (Maple syrup 200 calories 4 tablespoons, yogurt 220 a cup)

The second picture is of one of my favorite easy lighter lunches. It is strawberries and/or peaches with a little blue cheese crumbles and poppyseed dressing. The dressing isn't low fat but, I measure it out and only use one serving. I have also cut it with a little vinegar in the past which is good but, not as good as the dressing is normally.

The last picture is Chicken Bryan at Carrabba's. It is awesome but not low fat or anything. I love Carrabba's because they have a gluten free menu. The picture is of the entire meal but I only eat half of all of that and take the rest home. Normally I would also take the veggies instead of the potatoes but the veggies weren't ones that I am a huge fan of that night so potatoes it was.

Hi Samantha - love your photos. Esp the waffles with fruit - I used to do this but haven't had waffles in a long while. Maybe it's time to revive that breakfast! :) Thanks for visiting my blog. Will have the soup recipe available soon - will let you know!

Wow, great photos and some great suggestions in there. Your meals look like what the Magazine People eat, yet you are a real live person! I'm very impressed and also now very hungry!

Okay wow! I just finished looking at all three days. I love how you really change it up. I wish I had more freedom to change up my lunches during the week, but it's hard at work to do that. Your smoothie sounds great and similar to one I use to make. I think I am gonna try yours out next week. I need to get some of the stuff at the grocery store first. I am so glad you joined me. You seriously gave me some great ideas. I wish I liked strawberries because your breakfast photo looks beautiful too. I didn't liek them as a kid, and I tried them a year ago, and still didn't like them. I don't know anyone else who doesn't like them either. I think I may be the only person to not like strawberries. Hahaha. :)
