The Ultimate Chili Recipe

I know that I say that all my recipes are the "Ultimate" but this one really is. At my house, this is the most requested recipe I have. My friends and family really love this chili. It is good! At one time, I actually ate it almost everyday.

The Ultimate Chili Recipe

The cheese is cheddar. It is raw Organic Valley cheddar, uncolored. It is great. I really like this chili with a dollop of plain yogurt. It gives it a nice tang.

Well, my little collecting tips idea for blog links was a little bit of a bust but, Crabby gave me an idea. She sent me a recipe I could use for, well you'll see. So, instead of a tip, you could post a simple healthy snack recipe. If I get 3 or 4 I think I can make them into an article and have some info about your blog and some linking. You would just have to promise to link back to the article when it posts. Does this sound doable? Dawn, I am looking forward to your recipe for cream filled apple donuts (healthyish I am sure). I hope its easy!

Hi Samantha!
Please, do not feel you have to include a pumpkin glop recipe in your article. Further market research (some friends were visiting, plus family members have opined) seems to show that most people find the conconction somewhere between unnappealing and completely revolting. I'd therefore hesitate to pass it on.
(But as you may recall, I have a great Cinco de Mayo recipe and, of course, a Fun New Idea for Making your Own Meatballs!).

I thought that it would be good with a few graham crackers or with some granola. I think that would help, especially if it is a texture thing.
Just mentioning those meatballs is making me nauseous.:)

Hey Samantha, I am picking up the ingredients for the chili recipe when I go to the store tomorrow. I was going to wait to comment until we actually tried it, but I'll just come back and tell you how it was!

OK, one more thing, (sorry I forgot this in the first comment): My 2 fav snacks aren't the recipe kind, but here they are anyway: cottage cheese + grapefruit, and whole wheat pita+ hummus. Molly has many more recipes, I'll try to get her to send some your way.
Also, we are having a food party on June 7th, where WW ladies will bring some samples of some of their fav recipes and we'll be posting all of them after that. (not that you want to wait that long, but I thought I'd let you know)
